It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I have not been using GOG for a few years now I wanted to download one of my old games to replay. Witcher 3
When I attempt to install it all I get is a spinning circle. Does anyone have a suggestion as I can not seem to talk to tech support.
Thanks
If you have IPv6 active on your PC, try disabling it and restart Galaxy. This seems to be a common cause of this issue.
Directions to disable IPv6, if you need them.

Unfortunately, the usual workaround of using the offline installer means missing out on rewards when it comes to the next-gen update.

Edit: Actually, you can add the game via cogwheel in the top left - Add Games & Friends - Scan Folder for GOG Games. I focused on the first part below and forgot about the second:

"Because MY REWARDS requires an internet connection, the offline backup installer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that you can download via GOG will not support MY REWARDS. However, you can download and install GOG Galaxy at any point and add the existing install of the game to your library in order to claim your rewards."

He could install via offline installers then import to Galaxy (Galaxy may even automatically recognize it if he installs to the same folder his other Galaxy games are).
