I just hope I can remember how I installed it before and got it running. […] I don't have a hope of remembering my Nexus password for when I want to mod other games. […] I got real lucky in finding the right Logitech Profiler software so I can map keys to my controller […]. Last time it took several tries because my Logitech controller is so old it wasn't recognized by the newer versions of Logitech Gaming Profile software. But I got the correct old one quick this time.

You should invest in some sort of diary.
Bomb disposal experts record their efforts, if only to provide clues to the clean-up crew as to what went wrong. Similarly, you would benefit from recording all your steps as you create your new PC gaming-cum-social-media platform. I would recommend using paper, so that you can read the steps when this configuration fails, assuming it will. (Always plan the divorce before the wedding.) That way you will not be stressed if / when it fails. Being stressed leads to bad judgment. (It has a catastrophic effect on memory, for instance, just when one needs to recall the steps that led to the problem in order to extricate oneself from said situation.)
Seriously. Before you do much else —— especially accounts and passwords —— get a hardcopy medium for the stuff you will not remember. You have been warned! =]
