It's from the Hack*Match minigame in Exapunks.

I can enter the kana using a virtual keyboard into Google Translate, but the kanji characters are a pain.

(And I already know how to play the game, just curious what the page says).

Hi! Sorry, I just saw your messages! I can give it a try.

So, here it goes:
- on the left half : "to download the file, assemble 4 or more files of the same type by connecting them"
- on the right half : "if you line up two of the -pressure explosive- (not sure, but you get the idea, it's the two different-looking tiles in the display), you can download all the files of the same at the same time"

I hope it makes sense to you. I mean, I'm sure of the meaning, but maybe didn't use the most precise wording possible...
