Since your forum name is "LinuxPusher"...do you run your games under linux or windows?

The games' shop pages should indicate if a game runs under linux, too.
I probably wouldn't buy games that aren't sold as running under my OS.

But I'm not using linux, so what do I know about it's compatibility via Wine, etc.?

In any case check the games subforums:

(I've seen, you asked in the Outcast forum, too...always a good idea)

;)

You can get your money back after you work your way with tech support and they fail to help you with your game. Anyway in case of money back you should write a ticket.

Contact support. If they can't help you getting the game to run in an acceptable way, you will get your money back. But first you have to work with them to try and fix the problem.

LinuxPusher: Using Windows
Ok, then that should be no issue.
I can't help you with your sound problems, since I haven't encountered them - sorry.

And your question regarding getting your money back...you already have gotten answers from others.

Leet me just add this: read the system requirement carefully. If your system can handle the game(s) buy them.

But if you're in doubt whether some element of your system is good enough - better inform yourself before you buy.

Why go through the hassle to try to get the game running with help of support, if there's a certain chance that it won't run - and you know (or at least, assume) that already before you buy?
The minute All my games are Linux compatible , windows is going out the door !
