I know you're generally told to contact the blues with regard to technical issues, but I think there's been a bit of a minor misunderstanding here! :-P

Took a while but the file finally made it through. The other problem, beyond the slow speed, was that the hotel connection forces a log-in around 8:30pm. This disconnects the, umm, connection temporarily and there goes the download. Yes, file download managers, etc. - they don't always cooperate with these connections, and resuming doesn't always work. So I left the customer an hour earlier yesterday, which meant the download squeaked in just before the evening's forced log-in.
