having finished the game in GOTY version + Heart of Stone without a Problem (GOG), now that I switched to Beauclair, I encoutered this graphic issue : a mobile lightning that follow the direction of the mouse cursor.

still, my spec haven't changed:
w10 64- 1709 i74790K @ 4.00GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 (MSI)
ASUS VE278 (1920x1080@60Hz)

Is there anyone here had the same issue or who can give me a clue?

Some google 'ing suggests that you may be running the game in windowed mode. If so, please try fullscreen.
