What do you mean by "more secure"?

Vivaldi, is made by ex-Opera (Before it was sold) devs and is still running the underlying Chromium engine. I feel it needs an extra degree of separation or some je ne sais quoi.

I mean if you're browsing the market, there's Qupzilla/Falkon, a stupid plethora of Firefox forks, and more browsers that I've never even heard of. Save Lynx, one of the last pure text mode browsers for sane people.

DreamedArtist: Has anyone tried the browser yet? I am going to make a move from Chrome and switch to something more secure and I would love to hear from you the guys who use these interesting browsers to give me some directions if you can.

How is Brave? I been hearing a lot about this new brower and so as vivandi something browser, forgot the name haha.

wingboner: Eh, I mean over-reliance on JavaScript and complex CSS styling to the point of absurdity, as well as idiotic practices like pulling megabytes of scripts from external sites, having sites not load without scripts and other such things.

I might be grumpy and old but I really miss the so-called Web 1.0 days, ehhhhh.
