It's probably because of the increased activity on the site. I'm sure support will solve this, they usually do .

Support has likely gone home until Monday, unless they're working more than usual because of the sale. Between that and how busy they probably are, it might take several days before you hear back. They'll take care of it as soon as they can, but don't be surprised if you don't hear from them until Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday.

Have they sent you an e-mail receipt? Is the purchase listed in your orders history?

thanks a lot for resolving the issue :)! all is well now and also the new order was processed asap with paypal with no probs, must have been some small delay bug ;)
