I bought a group of older Might and Magic games, my computer is more than capable of running each of them. Yet non of them work at all, either on your app of if i instal them directly. This also seems to be the only way to get support from you which i dont feel is really good enough. All in all so far a very poor experience with you.

Have you tried "run as administrator" and win XP compatibility?
Also since it's weekend so support can't respond you till Monday.

GOG is a small company with a skeleton crew on the weekends.

REST ASSURED they will get back to you and fix your problems or issue a full refund.

Until then, this place is loaded with tech gurus so stay in here because you are probably going to get A LOT of help from forum members here in the next while.
GOG also has a support page where you can get a list of solutions for known issues with each game. This has helped me a few times.

The problem is that the support page is broken for some of the bundled games. Use this link and write to support. They should be able to help you figur out the problem. And if they can't and if your purchase is not longer than 30 days ago when initiating the first ticket to them, then you can get a refund.

Which M&M games specifically don't work? Any of the Might&Magic 1-9, even the DOS versions? Or were you possibly talking (also) about Heroes of Might&Magic games?

What kind of computer do you have?

What OS? If Windows, which version?

What are the exact symptoms, any error messages etc.?

Do you have a dog, and if not, why not? What is your mother's maiden name?

Not that i necessarily have any solution to your problems, but I just like to ask questions.
