[SOLVED]I get the installation failed error on 2 of the games I got. I have plenty of room on the drive it downloads and installs on, 322 GB out of 921 GB on my HDD that it is installing on. I checked my anti-virus, tried restarting my computer, nothing happens when I click on repair/verify nor on scan and import folders. I can't even uninstall to try reinstalling. I have Windows 10 64-bit.

Try installing your games outside of Program Files directory.
Would be also very helpful if you give us some clues about your OS and games you have problems with..

I have a hard time explaining things. I can send a video if that'd help.
K.. If you're using Galaxy, click on the pinky GOG logo located in a top-left corner, choose settings, find installation directory and change it to somewhere outside of Program Files. You may try installing games again.
Otherwise, download an offline installer from your account and try installing games somewhere outside of Program Files (e.g. D:\Games).
Forgive me, it is three o'clock at the morning at my place, I shouldn't watch anything now ; )

If you're still on, change your chat settings and send me a message.

What do you mean change my chat settings? You're the one that has your profile private where you can't be messaged.

I think it might have been they were trying to download at the same time and it caused it to misread the files. It finally let me abort them and I am currently downloading 1 at a time.

That's impossible but never mind.
Just in case they're still having an issue.

Profile and chat are two different things here.

If you hover over the person's name over there on the left, you'll get a drop down menu. One of the options is "Start Conversation". Click on that.

It would also be a plus if you mention which games you're trying to install and the OS you;re using like Mike asked you for.

I DID put the OS. Also I fixed it. If you read replies from earlier I had told my OS. Look in the original post.

You do realize we can see you've edited your posts, right?

*shrug* Guess we all missed it and how you listed which games you were having difficultly with as well as your solution.
