MaxFulvus: Heroes of Might & Magic III is the perfect game to play with a friend... and then lose him because you already known the map and you take his castles in a couple of turns !

Scotfree_CDN: Grim Dawn looks like an exciting game to play.
Having played it with a friend, I can attest it isindeed very good.
If you go "the nerd way" and make solid builds, you can synergize extremely well with other players, boosting yor power by quite a bit.
Grim Dawn. We already have a long distance game going with our family. It's such a fun game to play together. We love the graphics and storyline.
Contra, because its sick 2 player action! :)

idk mb borderlands 3
Wingspan and a few other digital board games since a few friends can't make it in person again this year.
Cat Quest 2 it looks fun and interesting.
Baldur's Gate 3
Because it's a different experience depending on choices and sort of like reading a book, as you interact with a beautiful world and immerse yourself in the adventure.

Definitely fun with friends, and I have a few friends I'd love to play it with. Co-op games are awesome
Gladius definitely. Hush now mortal, the Necrons are stirring.
Cat Quest 2, Me and my friend loved the first one, and the idea of a second game with our favorite furry friend is an experience we can't wait to share.
I really want to play Diablo again! It is dark, thrilling, with a great ambiental music that even new versions don't can get it. Yes, it is oldie but the fear, history and game play still being excelent!

I was not able to play this game with my brothers once because only one PC was on home... now we have the oportunity to go deep into the bloodie cathedral with my brothers (or any other friend) and feel the Terror over our feet, battling together agains a infinity demonic army. Loosing yourself on random mazes and at the end, find the ultimate final.

It's not require high requirements and almost any computer can run Diablo even with a poor Internet connection. I think it's a great game to play with others.

Gloomhaven!

I'm working on getting a regular session of "digital boardgame" stuff going with friends and title one is Gloomhaven.
Fun Pen and Paper style gaming via board game methods but digital! Saves that set up and take down time plus I really enjoy co-op games where it's the players working together to beat the challange of the game. Quite fun =)
Diablo (original) was the first game I played directly with a friend, other than older 2 player console games I suppose like Mario Kart.

These days I pretty much only play single player games outside of MMOs, so WoW Classic would be the thing of the moment.

For that reason I preferred Cat Quest 1 over Cat Quest 2 - the second one is pretty meh as single player compared to the first, but certainly it would be the way to go for 2-player.
