Looking forward to get and play Grim Dawn co-op with my friends these holidays.

We really like playing games in that genre and this is just one of those we haven't gotten around to playing yet.
Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga

I have fond memories of playing the original Lego Star Wars games together with my sister and mom.
The Lego games are always fun.
Castle Crashers

Not on gog marketplace sadly, but I have two small children ages 9 and 5 and they don't agree on much. However I have introduced them to the joys of running around a cartoon medieval world and wildly slashing and combo-ing increasingly bizarre creatures and bosses.

It's a game that is simple to learn and play, but with enough difficulty and mechanics to make more seasoned gamers like myself not get bored easily. The kids enjoy the wild magic effects and the silly bosses like the quite literal flying bat that poops on you and tries to lick you. Can't make this stuff up people.

We've dipped our toes into the game, but with the holidays rapidly approaching I expect the 3 of us to do some serious binging on this game.

What's great is that both of the kids like this which is rare because one's a girl and ones a boy and usually one wants to play the likes of pokemon and animal crossing and the other just wants to play anything with mario or shooting. To find this funny little middle ground is one of those happy moments and i'm thankful to be a gamer dad and that games like this exist so that families and friends can have some great casual fun.
Lord of the Rings Online with my old mate bobthebobber. Because nothing makes me feel Christmassy like a couple of hours shooting some filthy goblins in the face followed by showing off some fancy emote combos on the Frostbluff Theatre stage.
I would love to play Lego Batman, all of them, with my brother. He's a big Batman fan (I'm more of a Superman fan, but together we are the World's Finest!) and, since I was little, we have been always in the hunt for split-screen coop games to enjoy together! it's a really difficult task, mind you.

I am looking forward to playing deep rock galactic with friends
Definitely Machinarium. It's my favourite point and click game but very few people I know seem to have even heard about it, so I love watching people's reactions (while also helping with some of the harder puzzle).

aghem: Alien vs Predator, duel between two predators... I love when during frantic fight we both lose all energy and ammo to spearguns (we disable discs). Then it's all about wrist blades... I love this game for such moments.

albinistic: Which one, the remaster, 1, or 2?
Definitely first one :)

I'm looking forward to playing Elden Ring with a friend. I loved the music and atmosphere in Dark Souls and I expect Elden Ring to be amazing.
Heretic multi-play is the game of choice my pals and I love to play. There's just nothing like it for us to just swarm attack the enemy in coop or do some brutal death matches to hone our skills. We only really get a chance around the holidays when we all have the same time off. Good times. And the colors remind us of Christmas. So, I really look forward to this because we have a great time and make a good party of it.

Hmmm i wonder if there is a holiday mod.

Broforce. Three pals and I will get tooled up with over-the-top abilities and spectacular weapons in a ludicrously violent battle versus aliens. Shoot. Jump. Fist bump! Fighting as a team, we'll channel the energy of super-tough 80's action flicks like Predator to "get to the chopper", then we'll fist bump again! Did I mention that this game was made for fist bumps? Local co-op doesn't get better than this. And even with looming new social distancing restrictions, the on-line co-op is still a good alternative (the fist bumps can never be done virtually though!).
i think i would go crazy trying to play any of those games with anyone id rather do it on my own. My answer probably not what you want but I don't care.
Terraria. Private server with friends = endless entertainment.
I look forward to playing Bassin's Black Bass on SNES with my oldest friend. We've been friends for 17 years now, and we always have a good time playing that and just passing the controller back and forth. I think it's probably a similar experience as real fishing. Just talking a lot and occasionally reeling in a fish that's worth keeping haha It's a ton of fun. He's going to be driving across several states to visit me for the holidays and we'll be doing some winter fishing for sure!
