I start a lot of games, but I don't finish most of them. There are various reasons for this, but that's just how things go for me. I think my proudest moment was the first time I finished Planescape: Torment. The reveal was interesting, but I was so stoked to have finished a game that I really enjoyed playing that I almost didn't want to ever turn my PC off again!
My proudest gaming moment was actually a few months ago, when I fully completed the Arkham trilogy at max difficulty.

My proudest gaming moment was when I was playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood; it was the first game I had ever played and I was really still getting the hang of the controls so I was pretty nervous and confused. My brother, who was helping me at the time, kept egging me to take action at certain points but I didn't really understand how to do that. It all came to a head when I encountered a mini-boss and my brother told me to just rush in and beat it. I did just that; rushing in without thinking and after a few well-placed strikes the mini-boss was down for the count. At that point, everything about the game became clear to me. I was so proud of myself for finally figuring out the mechanics and I began to fly through the game. It was really a special moment for me and its stuck with me all of these years later.
My proudest gaming moment was beating my first Dark Souls game after the combat had finally clicked, after several characters had stalled the play through at the wall of the first boss.
I beat Darkest Dungeon on normal Darkest difficultly.
My proudest gaming moment was when I won a FIFA tourney in my hostel. In 2016, I was in my first year in college. Our hostel organized a FIFA tournament as a way to create a gaming circle. I was in no way the best player, but due to skill, luck and the Bayern team, I was able to win it.
My proudest gaming moment was when I restored the Shrine of Humility in Ultima VI.
Not exactly a gaming moment, but when I upgraded my PC I gave my old Computer as a christmas present to my younger brother. All he needed was a new HDD and Windows XP. This was about 20 years ago so it was an AMD K6-2 450 IIRC in a big tower. Now he was able to get his own games and play on his own PC! :)
I got an AMD Athlon 750, Thunderbird, socket A

My proudest gaming moment was for sure that when together with my buddy we managed to finish SuperContra in co-op mode on the Famicom (Nintendo NES) back in the day, probably around 1997...
My proudest gaming moment might have been completing Dark Souls 3 on an OG Xbox One.
Learned to rocket jump to sniper deck in original QWTF. HUMPPA!
Finishing Oddworld games in general. But finishing the first was the most memorable. Good old days...
I could go into a random story about finally polishing off some trophy hunting in various games, but there's one particular gaming moment that stands out as my proudest:

Recently, I've been introducing my girlfriend to more games to play to keep her occupied during the pandemic. I'm well aware of her love for puzzle games like Portal and Q.U.B.E.. So, I decided to steer her in a new puzzle direction, one that's a bit of a large series and near and dear to my heart, Monkey Island. We played through the series chronologically, and while she loved the first game, she wasn't very into the sequel. As she slogged through the second game and got increasingly frustrated with it, I was on pins and needles wondering if she wanted to continue with the franchise and onto my favorite entry in the series, The Curse of Monkey Island. She decided to keep going with it. The laughs I heard from her and her constant drive to get through more and more of the game to find the next goofy character or random joke was worth the wait! Her interaction with that game reminded me of why I love it so much and it opened her up to a cornerstone of where I draw my humor from. Game jokes would fly back and forth between us each day as I got back from work and was greeted by her eagerly opening up her computer to continue its story. Fast forward to now, and she's out and about sporting clothing with Murray the Demonic Skull on it and planning a Stan S. Stanman cosplay.

Long story short, I'm super proud not of some gaming feat I was able to pull off, but that I was simultaneously able to spread the joy of a video game series I love so much to a newcomer of the franchise and introduce her to the point-and-click genre. To me, it's that sharing of positive experiences through the medium of video games that makes being a gamer worth it to me. I'm certain it had a positive impact on her life, as it did mine, and the fact that those impacts came to each of us over two decades apart makes them all the more profound. I'm proud of this shared moment and proud to be a gamer. Happy gaming, folks!
My proudest gaming moment was when my cousin and I completed a full run of The Master Chief Collection on legendary
My absolute proudest gaming moment was from when I was 12 years old and beat Ganon in the original Legend of Zelda NES the second time to finally beat the game after endless hours of play. The first half of the game was difficult to reach and beat Ganon, the second half to reach and beat him was a nightmare! Good luck all entrants in the giveaway!
