Hello!

I downloaded Gwent through steam and already invested over 100 euros in cards. I signed up with Gog.com: but I was not able to connect the account with steam!
Now I had to rebuild my PC and install a new hard drive. If I now install the game as usual via steam and restart all game saves and maps are gone! I have to log in to gog.com before I can play and when I do that all the saves are gone!
Steam support refers me here, there is no way to contact steam via email (or is there? If so how?)
To gog.com I have already written weeks ago a mail, but they do not answer!

I have invoices and receipts for the ingame purchases, my account name is Descarnare. Please give me back what I bought from you!

Gwent has no game saves nor maps. Are you sure you are talking about Gwent? Maybe it was Thronebreaker? This game is similar to Gwent but it plays differently - it's kind of Gwent but in single player mode only.

I'm sorry to say, but there's no such thing as "investing" in digital product like that. You wasted money on microtransactions carefully crafted to exploit you. Get out now while you can. Gwent's mere existence is a blight on us all.

Yeah, it says on the steam page this game requires 3rd party account from GoG.
Make sure you got the confirmation email when you filed the support ticket to gog,
if you did not get it you should make another ticket.
You could try to pm here one of the Gog staff, usually it speeds up their process a lot.
