I still enjoy Sanford and Son, Frasier. I felt Frasier was pretty much over when Niles and Daphne got married.
People may or may not like Wings, Rules of Engagement?

I really wish they would cancel the Simpsons. They're like a zombie energizer bunny. I haven't watched them in over 20 years.
Say no to Friends and later seasons of TBBT.

That's what I thought, and the episodes started to suck, but, as I said in a previous post, keep on watching, it actually picks up and gets very good in the last 2+ seasons, and there is still a lot of worthwhile material there to see.
THE BLUTHS ARE BACK. AGAIN!!!

Finally! :D
Nothing is as splendid as Seinfeld and nothing ever will surpass the quality, characters, story and everything else. However, other good sitcoms are Father Ted, Married With Children and Keeping Up Appearances.

Put me down for just not getting The Big Bang Theory. This show's ongoing popularity is baffling.

I fondly remember some of the 80s and early 90s shows, but not much has surfaced since then. The Muppet Show, Mr. Bean, Third Rock from the Sun, the Fresh Prince of course. I was in a love/hate relationship with those silly family life shows. Thumbs up for Who's the Boss, a clear cut meh to Full House and Home Improvement and the flipped finger to Step by Step. I liked Married with Children for a while... but can't watch it any more.

I did love the first three seasons of Scrubs. :)

Friends is one of the least funny things I have ever sat through. There were way better ones around that time, like Seinfeld and King of Queens.

It was fun when the guys still were nerds having typical nerd problems, and they had personality.
But then they all became "normal" and lost much of their personality, got girlfriends, the Universe punished us for all our sins with Amy Farrah Fowler, and the show turned into yet another generic relationship sitcom with plots we have a gazillion times before.

Yep, exactly what I was going to say. The first few series was a lot of sci-fi references and geeky jokes. Since then its become more and more friends like. I still watch it, but has lost its appeal.

To add, they have announced a new series of Roseanne, might be ok. There are so many good comedies out there though.
Westworld

Pretty much exactly this. I guess BBT was destroyed by it's own growing popularity. When the creators (or the executives) realised how big this can get, they quickly made it as generic as possible, to appeal to the broadest possible audience.
