This is not exactly about coop, but...

...since WRC 7 FIA World Rally Championship is just on sale on another store, and it says on the game's page that it has local split screen...does anybody know how it is?

- Is it really local (= two people in front of the same monitor)?
- Does it work with two racing wheels (= can I attach two racing wheels, and will both be recognized)?
- And is it fun?

If anybody has the game and can answer one or two (or even three) of the questions above - that would be great.

Hey, if ARPG'S is a genre you like, i would suggest to try victor vran in co-op. Never tried it in co-op though, but its nice arpg and has this option. On pc, one player is on the keyboard and the other is with a controller.

Towerfall Ascension does look very interesting. Note that it is primarily a competitive game, not a cooperative game, but many people seem to also call competitive games you can play on the same couch\computer for coop games.

You have a much wider assortment of options with two computers on separate screens!

You could probably pick up an old computer free off the side of the road and it will run all these old games just fine! Or buy one for 50 bucks!

No point in getting a newer computer because most of the modern games are too F----EN tight arssed to allow co-op play from 1 single game copy.... The most modern game i am aware of that still allows that is Dungeonsiege 2 - and me and my wife had a ball with that one, Fantastic!
