So, have you ever wondered whether the current sale deal is really that good? Wasn't this game discounted more in the past? Wonder no more...

Figure I'll share my little spreadsheet. I've posted it a couple times, here and there. It should account for every bundle deal since the Summer of 2013 where the information gets sparse. It is hand-populated, so might contain typos, and gets updated when I have the chance (current as of today)...

Best GoG Sales
The best GoG sale was clearly Insomnia 201... oh, wait - not exactly what you meant ;)

Carry on ;) And thanks for doing this!

I was actually thinking about this today, a fair few of the sales are < 50% so a bit meh, and I notice that Shovelknight is still only 33% off - they did say they wouldn't discount further, but I can hang out - so its interesting to have a look through that.
You might join efforts with MaGoG which already mentions the highest discount.

Yeah. When I was updating it the last couple days, noticed a few of the games went backwards in discount. At least Shovel Knight has been consistent. 33% is the best discount which has been offered here to date.
Nice list. Thanks!

I applaud the effort of MaGoG, but at the same time it has limitations. It cannot poll all games as often as necessary to capture game limited or time-limited flash bundles. It also cannot go back in time. Plus, it's bundle searching routine has been nerfed by limits to GoG's checkout.

If MaGoG wants to pull information from my sheet, I'm fine with it, but MaGoG does a lot of other things great things too. And my sheet only targets the GoG based U.S. dollar price. I cannot imagine it would be possible to track all the currency fluctuations effectively.
This spreadsheet must have taken awhile, thats a lot of info.
So... um... why would I use this over isthereanydeal.com?
As always, superlative, RWarehall!!!
Excellent work, RWarehall. Thanks!

I can rep that website too; they've got a permanent shortcut on my searchbar. It's great for seeing how much a "new" game sold for on Steam in the past, since the discounts can take a while to catch up here.
Thank you RWarehall.

You can use both. Apparently the advantage of this one is you can see the full discount when the game is part of a bundle. As far as I know, ITAD doesn't show that information. For instance if a game is part of a bundle at a 50% individual discount, ITAD ignores the fact that if you get the whole bundle you'll benefit from a collective discount of 75%.

Thanks, RWarehall!! Bookmarked.

A good site is also Steamprices that has all the prices and discounts listed + lists all the stores where the games are sold. Gog is included there also now. I use it now for years to compare prices and see what the lowest prices for games up till now was.
