Hello!

Are there experiences you would like to share? Are there any titles that still hold up today? Are there any edutainment games you'd like to see on GoG?

I vaguely remember something back in grade 6. Our class got a Mac, and we had a game that starred a rabbit. I remember seeing the colourful Apple icon on the computer itself and pressing it to see what happens. It wasn't a button, so it didn't do anything. This was the mid to late 90s.

Sounds like a Reader Rabbit game. Those were fun (when I was a kid). The same company also made the later Carmen Sandiego games, which was also a great series.

Other than that, Math Rescue and Word Rescue are also nostalgia trips for me, as is this environmental adventure game called "Eco-Saurus".

Mixed Up Mothergoose was also fun, I guess. As was Eco Quest (not sure you can call it edutainment).

Number Munchers and Word Munchers. I hate math, but I didn't hate Number Munchers.

I doubt anyone is knocking down the door to get that IP up and running again though.
I have very fond chilhood memories of Pyramid: Challenge of the Pharaoh's Dream, a game that truly made me feel like I had travelled back in time to Ancient Egypt.
Not really "edutainment", but there's a lot of historic and cultural information in the Gabriel Knight games - especially in the 2nd & 3rd one.
M.A.T.H.S Circus 1992 DOS game.

It was hella lit.
Does this count? More of a kinetic novel (with a few choices & interactive segments) than a game but anyway.. You learn some Esperanto. https://www.gog.com/game/the_expression_amrilato

IIRC they handed free copies to schools upon release.

I really like it, and I hope to see the sequel on GOG some day. (pic related)

The first review, that I can see at least, for that is fairly damning toward the "game" part but praising the Esperanto part.
the remaining Humongous games, Zoombinis
Historical games in Total War series have a lot of info on the, well, history of the era they take place. Civilopedia has a lot of info too, though it's more of "curious facts about history".
I remember in the early 90s, Civilization 1. Was a good broadening experience. Not sure how 6 goes, someone gifted me 5 and I haven't had time to get into it...
Everything...

And by that I don't mean literally everything, but rather a single game called: Everything.

But sadly, we don't have Everything on GOG...yet. :|
it hit me hard Starcraft 2
