pawel-t: I've never owned PS/XBox - PC player only here :P ... not counting Steam Deck ;)
A Steam Deck owner? I'm curious, since you own one, can you answer this? Have you had any trouble running any games from Gog on it? Like, I know it runs on a custom version of Linux so do you download Linux versions from Gog or the Windows version and emulate them somehow?

You have multiple options here BenKii:
- You can switch to Windows (I would skip that)
- You can use Heroic and skip Steam - https://heroicgameslauncher.com/
- You can install them directly via installer provided by GOG (if there is native support for Linux)
- You can use Steam app and SteamOS with small number of tricks (I can link example video) and run it directly via proton (Win emulation) like any other game from Steam
- You can install GOG Galaxy directly in Steam and here are two ways: run GOG galaxy from Steam App and then run game or with some trick run game directly via GOG galaxy in SteamApp
- You can use wine or whatever to emulate Windows version

I have used this one -> "You can install GOG Galaxy directly in Steam and here are two ways: run GOG galaxy from Steam App and then run game or with some trick run game directly via GOG galaxy in Steam App" and it worked on few titles.

If you want any tutorials or something. Let me know Captain :)

That definitely is a lot of options. Glad to know the Deck is quite versatile. Don't have one myself but was considering it. Thanks for sharing.

October is the scary month of the year so why don't we kick it off with a video about a spooky Star Trek game called Hidden Evil.

Thank you for this :)
Brought up some nostalgic memories.
Nice to see you are persistent with your work BenKii :)

I really like you sense of humor. I really do :)
Played Alien: Isolation recently and it made me wonder.... Can the Alien even be killed? I venture to find out.

On Nightmare, the AI cheats (kinda like Mortal Kombat reading your input on higher difficulties), and that's not fun at all...

Ha! That's total BS. For reference, I played on Casual because I wanted the easiest time to figure out if the thing could be killed.

I would like to mention that my brother (known as BroKii on the channel) played it simultaneously with me on Hard and he had managed to max out his resources too. Some of the footage I used for the video was from him (like when he got the Alien stuck in a wall throwing one molotov after another at it).

I don't doubt it :D However, my last playthrough was on Nightmare, so I don't remember much from my Hard playthrough. Only that the game was not as unfair on Hard!
The good folks at GOG gave me the opportunity to play around with the new Pristine Cut of Slay the Princess a week early. Check out my video for a review of the game.

Super huge thanks to the GOG team for providing me with an early release. :)
This Halloween, I conquer my fears and return to the first horror game I ever played.... CONGO!
