Just Googled it. It actually looks pretty cool, like a slightly more puzzle oriented version of Aztec.

I've heard the name of this game numerous times, but never really knew the game at all.

Now that I checked it from Mobygames, wow it is an 1984 game? I was expecting it to be from early 90s or so. Not sure how big market the game would have, at least the PC version (CGA) looks quite an eyesore:
