On the website, hover over your username, select library, select the game. Then scroll down a bit and you will see a section called offline installers. Expand this as necessary and you will see a link for at least 1 exe file, and maybe some bin files. Download all them. These are the game installer files which you can then backup.

Si lo que buscás es descargar el backup de tus juegos para instalarlos offline: Anda a la sección de tus juegos ("Games", la encontrás poniendo el cursor en tu nombre de usuario en la parte superior de la página) hacé click en el juego que querés descargar y hace click en "DOWNLOAD BACKUP OFFLINE INSTALLERS".
