What do these scrolls show anyway? Recipes, history, prophesies, blueprints, porn? The world must know.

I ask myself that same question I go to work, too many scrolls in there even my laptop doesn't fit in. :/

I completed every single player campaign for Heroes of Might & Magic 1-2-3 + Heroes Chronicles.

I never had any issue with full backpack. In Heroes 3 there were a couple of scrolls with helpful spells, for example in one level there was a Town Portal spell scroll hidden in one place near the starting location which was a must have to defend your castle against enemy forces, especially on higher difficulty. There always was some fast scout hero like Barbarian (wolf rider) or Warlock (gargoyle) at my service to transfer junk items and army troops. I think, but I'm not sure, that in one level there were several scroll items for the map, not more than 4 or 6 in total.

How I had never had such problems with backpack, help me to understand please. Where are all the scrolls which I missed to overstuff my hero's backpack?
