So for some reason, both of my regular browsers tell me i've already claimed this game and I never clicked anything, nor is it magically in my account. I don't even get the option to claim it. What gives?

We do not get a gift code anymore when we already own the game now?

I've claimed the giveaway. It has changed my user settings and tells me now "Whispering Willows was added to your library". But the game has not been added to my library as I already had owned it before. And I neither see an order in my order list nor did I get an email with a gift code.

Does it appear in your list of orders?
For me, the previous duplicate giveaway (Tropico 4) still shows up with a gift code and status "not yet redeemed".
(edit: Can't verify with the current giveaway as I don't own this one yet.)

That's a bummer because that means no extra keys for community giveaways anymore either. :-(
