Time Warner, not Warner Bros. Warner Bros are the movie and games publisher. Times Warner is an ISP, one of the US's two main big players. But now the whole of the US has one monoplist ISP. Prepare for speed stagnation.

I was about to argue that they split back up, but then I looked it up and they didn't ... honestly, this deal sounds doomed to fail: AT&T owning both satellite TV providers will never pass the FCC & put them at risk for Anti-Trust investigations.

Time Warner acquired AOL and they split in 2009, maybe this is the case.
I'm most certain that Anti-Trust will get it a go for some reason (maybe because they approved other big deals lately).
As for the FCC I just read at deadline.com the following:
"They expect the deal to close by the end of next year following an antitrust review by the Justice Department. The FCC also likely will pay a role in the process although AT&T and Time Warner say that they are “currently determining which FCC licenses, if any, will be transferred to AT&T in connection with the transaction.”

Apparently it's too big to be denied ;)
