This game is a buggy nightmare. I have been flung 200 metres away from a window I was trying to climb into, cars spawn inside static objects and explode, I took down a thug who had dialog for me as he was in a stranglehold, my friends have fallen through the map and this game, honestly, looks like it was built on a 10 year old engine. The textures are so low resolution that it astounds me, how poor the performance is. The NPCs are clones of each other (I saw many of them side-by-side that were carbon copies of each other), the textures for the NPC character models are so low that they look like NPCs from 2010 (Yes, I have all of my texture settings on their highest available option/s) and the static objects (trash, inanimate stuff etc.) clip, stutter, disappear and reappear.

Oh yeah, the driving sucks on Mouse and Keyboard.

This could have been a 10/10 but I abhor games that try too hard to prioritise graphics over performance and target 30fps. So it gets a 5/10, for disappointing performance. CP 2077 looks like an old RPG like Dragon Age: Origins, with 5 sweet fx presets and an enb slapped on, trying to squeeze out as much 'pretty colours' as the modder can.

So we're supposed to accept that $90 games run poorly on release day? A 'finished' product? Some people here can't even play this game and they have mid-tier PCs. Not to mention my buddies who have 20 series cards can't even see 60fps on high.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with you. I've also edited this post to reflect the issues in a more cohesive light.

Welp, it was $90 for all of us here in Australia: right here. It is not my first game, no. I have played games that were polished nicely from launch and I expected better from CDPR this time around. The Witcher 3 was more playable than CP 2077 and that's saying a lot, since they had to downgrade the graphics post E3 (which I modded back in and played smoothly).

I will not calm down, sir, until I can enjoy the fully immersive experience and not have random NPCs spawn inside my car.
