Riddler escaped from Arkham and needs goons to handle some business. That means us. There's an initiation process, which is, well...riddles.

9. The crime of forcing me into ugly christmas sweaters... I know the authorities love seeing me in cat sweaters, but it is a crime. I do not like it. Burn all those ugly christmas cat sweaters!

10. As a cat, you need to act fast and be very quiet! Didn't your parents teach you the hunting 101 basics?

11. A ZOOM meeting with my other fellow cats during the pandemic lockdown.
It leaves much to be desired. As cats, we need to be together in the house to discuss our plans to take over the house. A box with cats trapped inside will not suffice.

Guys, I'm pretty sure that J Lo is The Riddler and that the answer to every question is Batman.
