No, there's been no announcement, and I doubt they'll change them.

okay. they should have really spread out the XP needed to earn them even further then :)

slightly less incentive to buy more... I'd love to see spending XP for stuff. Maybe for extras, or maybe a special avatar/soundtrack pack that you can't buy normally...

I would prefer to receive store credit. More often than not, I already have the freebies or simply lack interest in what is offered.
