Dark_art_: Newer 10 generation Intel stuff will lever the iGPU, I cannot recall the source but it should be rougly on par with Vega 8.
Lexor: "should be" is the key here. I would prefer to buy a laptop this year.
Checked a few websites and indeed, most available 10 gen stuff is pretty much Microsoft Surfaces and generic 2-in-1 laptops.
I guess you pretty much nailed all the options, unless you can find a deal on Ryzen 2500u/2700u, like the HP EliteBook 745 G5 - 14" that fits into your budget.
Just a heads up, I've seen a model or two with 100mbps ethernet ports instead of gigabit, not likelly to happen on a professional grade device of course.
I cannot understand how in 2019 there are still laptops that ship with slower cable connection than wireless O.o
