Problem is NOT the authorities. The BANKS themselves and the BANKING SYSTEM (at least with how the business of it is run here) is THE, problem.
3 times before, express law on allowing certain types of transactions was updated; yet banks disregarded some of the categories written in it, by self-decree. Much like the "Purchase of applications and music from providers that maintain a company abroad and don't own a bank account in one greek bank". (games are technically applications), which i was even ridiculed and belittled about, by my local bank department's manager, when i went to appeal and register a formal document requesting this type of service.
I told ya all before many times; stinkhole of a place here reeks of crooks. People with any tidbits of power and authority run rampant and wild doing as they please, disregarding laws and guidelines as much as their abilities and power allows them to; old Bradley is not a hater and miser (not without good reason, at least).
GoG isn't at fault here. It also has a Cyprus bank account but no Greek, hence the problem (cyprus is not united to greece; i love cypriots but this is to their best interests to be separate from us, if they want to survive economically and not only...) The BANK refuses the transaction. Even the message says so, when i try.
My trick is now useless. I have already emptied my TRAPPED, since day 1 of capital controls, prepaid card and as of yet, no bank customer is allowed to recharge them.
