timppu: The coolest arcade "cabinet" I recall ever seeing and playing was an Asteroids arcade machine in a table form, ie. the screen was facing upwards from a table with a glass on top of it, controls on each side of the table for two players.

And yes you sat next to the table, you didn't stand next to it.

Here is one sold in Ebay:

u2jedi: They had one at Castle Park.
No idea where that is, but I played one as a kid at some shop or store or restaurant (frankly I don't ever remember what it was, I went there only to play their arcade games) at Hakaniemi, which was right here back then:

gog2002x: P.S. I don't know if there's a size limit per image or the number of uploads per post, so no idea about those.

500 kb per pic, 2MB total limit per post.

Random_Coffee: Image link, because the forum's image uploader never seems to work for me.

gog2002x: Late reply, but if it's a .PNG extension, make sure it's not in CAPs cause for reason GOG will not accept those. Learned that a long time ago thanks to some fellow GOG users.

Windows 10 for me by default puts all extensions in CAPs. So, .JPEG or .JPG may also need to be renamed .jpeg or .jpg for GOG to accept it. I never uploaded .jpeg images, so it's just speculation on my part. But for .png images, that certainly is the case.

P.S. I don't know if there's a size limit per image or the number of uploads per post, so no idea about those.

Thanks! That explains a lot. Can't remember when this worked normally for me, but it's been many years since I've been on anything older than Windows 11 or 10.
Wanna real old wild ride? Try the old analog games. My grandfather had some oldies like the 1964 Rifle Champ gallery shooter. Also had a KISS pinball game.

High tech was a beer table top with original glass top, of Pong lol

Haha, sometime in the future after not uploading anything for a long while, I'll probably forget again myself. =P

It was Hawaiii's version of Disneyland and Knotsberry Farm in the late 1970s to early 1980s. It no longer exists.
