I cannot find any googling it. Just one that makes inventory item icons smaller. I am looking for a mod that gives infinite storage space in the chests in towns, not in inventory.
What would likely work best is saving "shared" chest files in separate folders, naming them something appropriate to their contents, such as: "Level 20 to 30 Seraphim armor and weapons." Then you could collect whatever you wish and load them whenever desired.

No, there is not an external muling program like for Titan Quest, Grim Dawn or Diablo 2.

Probably the best you can do is create separate mule characters and give them items from certain categories. Like "Set Items", "Unique items", "Jewelry" etc.
I'd prefer a mod (or any other form of gameplay option) which would stop that horrendous enemy respawn! As well as in Sacred 1.

It's not really that much of an issue in Sacred 2. Barely encounter it to be honest, unless you are intentionally returning to areas cleared long ago. But in Sacred 1, the enemy respawn can be pretty aggressive where you have to walk just a couple of screens away before enemies already start slowly respawning.

EDIT:
You could probably try increasing the "respawnTimeStandard = 1800," to a higher number in balance.txt file (Sacred 2 Gold\scripts\server). I think it means that enemies will only start respawning 30 minutes after you kill them. Put 10000 in there and you should stop seeing enemy respawns.
