Due to the amount of threads popping up, I kind of hoped they would come out with a bit more informative statement. But by the looks of things, they're possibly just hoping it will blow over. It's a shame that they weren't just more honest about their reasons, rather than making excuses to their entire customer base. Especially considering if it was just CCP supporters emailing & they've barely or haven't spent any money here vs all their customers that have supported them over the years.
It's a shame as GOG had really been building up a strong library (especially with some of the newer games that were starting to get released here DRM free too)
No doubt a lot of the big studios have been watching the goings on & will probably be apprehensive about releasing anything here for the time being (especially with the current ongoing Cyberpunk dramas too), obviously I could be wrong, but will be interesting to see.
In saying that, I'm guessing most of the studios/companies would've done the same as GOG anyway.
