It was a sports compilation. I remember darts, table hockey(?), bowling, arcade basketball, and maybe one or two other games.
It was for Windows 95, and was self-themed with vague hints of bar.
The important bit that I remember is that most of the games were top down; so for example in the darts game you would take hold of the virtual dart, which would change your cursor into it, and huck it over the line.
The less important bit I remember is the sounds being crunchy. Not garbled or compressed, just sharp and loud. There was definitely an "Ooooooh" crowd stock effect. I also seem to recall a loud buzzer if you tried to bowl over the line.
Other things: It wasn't a Romtech Galaxy of Games thing or an eGames thing either. Yes, I tried the Mobysearch, trying to reach the level of specificity is not easy, especially for a compliation sports game.
