Well, no surprise that Ubisoft haven't brought the game here yet, but you can go to https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/anno_1800 to show them that we want it. But don't hold your breath, it's gonna be a while before this comes to GOG ;)

Let Ubisoft know that drm is allowed more frequently here everyday, that might expedite the release here.
Ubisoft are big supporters of drm, that's why most games aren't released here.

Later installments in the Anno series, starting with 2070, are notorious for their always-online DRM bullshit and as recent events have shown, Ubisoft rather lets a game die than remove always-online dependencies for a DRM-free release.

I guess you somehow missed the HITMAN debacle?
