It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

phaolo: They could have just added a "full access" switch (or something) with a clear warning about losing license and support.
The truth is that they want to force their apps (like G+) and probably collect data.

Btw, Google Play is a mess: a ton of free apps are actually demos, adware or spyware.
The permissions request are often absurd and you have zero control over them.
Have warning labels ever actually helped on a popular consumer-oriented product though? No, everything that goes wrong because the user managed to take control and do something they shouldn't is blamed on the product and the company gets sued because "the customer is always right" (even when they're not).

I mean. I agree. But that requires that such warnings are actually enforced rather than hand-waved away as insignificant.

Asbeau: I always install Shattered Pixel Dungeon on my phones, it's a great time killer and it works well on a small screen
I tried Unleashed Pixel Dungeon and I loved it! :D
It's still free, uses mods and allows loading\saving games!
I almost finished it on my first run, but then I realized I had to escape the dungeon after the boss.. RIP! +_+

The only minus is the fact that I cannot backup savegames, as the path is unaccessible on my non-rooted phone.

It's so good that Gog should add it here. :)
The original is already on Steam.

phaolo: Ok, I've just bought my first Android smartphone after 10 years with a Nokia 36XX paleophone.
It seems like a new world XD

Do you have any advice about settings or about apps to use\avoid?
(for example, I've read that Greenify isn't good anymore, or that Whatsapp is crap)

Also, I'm usually quite paranoid with privacy, but.. it basically seems impossible with Android+Google O_o

The smart phones are relieved. You may be spared when our cybernetic overlords take over. :)
