PixelBoy: Yeah, they have had some glitches with that.
I recently tried to redeem three Amazon codes, and got nothing but repeated error messages. I never got the process through successfully with any of those three, but somehow after a short while they showed up in my library, but not in the same order as i tried to redeem them.
I got an email confirmation about one of them, never about the remaining two.
I haven't tried to download any of them yet, but at least they all show up in the library.
I got the same errors and also only one e-mail confirmation out of three. Though the receipts in order history are showing correctly if you want to save them. I didn't try to download anything but it was the whole website working like crap in the past few days, with pages not loading or loading very slowly 50% of the times.
