I think sex is overrated tbh. I mean aside from the disease risk, you participate in the usual stupid dating & gossip culture that surrounds it... or contribute to it anyway. And after you've spent a lot of money wining and dining a woman to get her in bed, I mean... there's obviously a financial cost to that. And a lot of people these days are too fat to be appealing in that way.

You're asking on a website for people who specifically look to play old singleplayer games, who specifically pshaw at the very idea of voice communications, of many who declare themselves introverted hermits, if we enjoy intermingling?

Hey, I'd like to walk my dog. The weather is actually nice and sunny today.

The weather is a balmy and tropical 14°F/-10°C around these parts, so your dog would become a dogcicle if they tried that today.

45°F/7°C here in my part of Texas after a couple days of freezing. That dogcicle would be a half-melted puddle of dog juice in the sun.

In fact, it was warm enough to not wear a jacket. I just put on a button up overshirt and some jeans.

We had -10°C for a couple of days as well, now it's back to -1 or -2.
Hasn't been a very cold Winter so far.

I rmemember we adopted our last cat when it was ~25°C (now that I think of it ... maybe just 20, it has been a while) and the little black furball looked for a warm place near our house. It took me a couple of days (and some food of course) to get him to trust me enough to pick him up and get him inside. But once he was there, he would never leave again :)
Over the years he brought home a couple of other kittens (not his, he misses the equipment), but of course we could not keep them all and found other homes for them.
