Should have used torrents to seed theirs games.
Humble Bundle uses torrents as one of official ways to download games.

Too bad that at least in the past many of HBs torrent downloads were (near) dead, with only one seed or no seeds IIRC. So I ended up downloading them directly with the browser, not messing with the torrent links anymore. Especially this was the case with apk (Android installer) downloads, it was much faster to download them directly.

Of course in a situation where DotEmu is right now (lots of people wanting to download at the same time), p2p would definitely help.

I am now getting "full speed", so like I thought, early Sunday (European time) was just a bad time for downloading.

Of course for you OldFatGuy 1.2 megabytes/s may not sound much, but that's the fastest I can download anyway, and it is much better speed than earlier on Sunday.
