Official sources are that the airplane Tupolev was 30 years old. In my books, the terrorist is the company who allowed that ancient artifact to operate in our day and age. The military Choir was heading to Syria, to sing and play music for Russian soldiers kept there.

Yes, there was NATO presence and easily perceivable as provocative NATO operations in the Black Sea relatively recently, but my intention was to mourn the loss of some excellent and very talented people and pay tribute to them.
