I asked to change my gmail account for my other gog account bc the old email is no longer accessible. No response at all. In the end I followed up the email, saying that if it’s too complicated, it’s ok if they could just disable the 2-step authentication. Still no response. It has been 24 days already. When will I have a response??
An automatic response should arrive just about immediately to the accociated email address... The one you do not have access to any longer.

I used a different email address to send the ticket. I did receive an automated response, but that's it.

This appeared after I clicked on the hyperlink of my support ticket.

My support ticket ID is #1084127. Can I get a response?

If you want to get another response then always answer to the automated reply once more.

If you don't write them anything then they think that you solved it by yourself.
