This has probably been answered before but i couldn't find the info when i looked for it so here it goes.

I have Witcher 3. It seems to be recognised by GOG Galaxy but it isn't actually in my GOG Galaxy library. The game was a physical purchase. I am trying to redeem Hearts of Stone (the expansion) at the moment but it keeps saying i need the base game (to download the expansion). As stated above, i do have the base game but although located within the GOG program its not actually in its library so I dont really get whats going on or how to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should have come a key with the physical version which unlocks the game in your GOG account.

You should have a GOG key with the retail version of The Witcher 3. Did you redeem it?

Okay guys thanks a lot for the help. After much searching i found the code (had misplaced it) and i am sure it will solve the problem.
