It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

adaliabooks: Does it show up (correctly, with the latest date and version) when you open the options menu?

I think I have gotten it like that before. Sometimes it just happens to be when the update occurred (maybe you quickly opened and closed a Gog window and that's where the changelog opened) stops it showing.
It does when I open it manually.

Not sure I follow the rest - I didn't update AF right when you posted about a new version being available, and I didn't close any GOG pages.

Anyway, not a real issue, just something I hadn't encountered before (even when AF updates when I'm not logged in, the changelog pops up as soon as I load a GOG page) and found odd.

Johny.: Rules for currency symbol side are defined per-language (e.g. en=left, fr=right), with exceptions for some currencies.
And what rule makes the symbol for Swiss franc being used with a lower case letter first? ;P

Commonly used are either "Fr." or "CHF". I've never seen your abbreviation with a lower case letter being used here locally.

Thank you for this feedback - you're right, and I've changed that for you, it will propagate with next releases.

adaliabooks:
Some games still give you the Galaxy installers even when you choose the Classic installers as default (for example Rezrog). Anything you can do about it or is it a bug on GOG's side?

Do the Classic installers work at all? As in if you change the options manually.

And is the Galaxy Installer heading showing as well, or is it showing Classic Installers but downloading Galaxy Installers?

Strange. I tried to check, but this time it worked like intended. Maybe it has to do with the fact that the game was marked as updated before (and I used the updated tag to download it)?

Before I was able to change it manually. Not sure about the Galaxy header (before I changed), but I think it was showing.

Yeah, that could be it actually.
I'm not sure my script modifies the updated view or not... I presume it is just a filter, in which case it should, but if it's a separate section or something it might not..

I'll try and remember to check it out next time I have something updated.

@adaliabooks: I guess this message
"The above installer links are downloaded through the Gog Downloader and do not include GOG Galaxy."
Is directly from you and not from GOG? At least I could not see it when turning off AF to test this. Anyway - I just noticed that while it says "GOG Galaxy" it's also saying "Gog Downloader". Looks a bit odd and I don't think it was intended. Also it does not really bother me but I wanted to inform you in case it should bother yourself :)

Yeah, I added that to distinguish the Downloader links (just in case anyone was confused).
I can fix the odd capitalisation definitely, I believe that's because I appropriated Gog's message (they must use the all caps version) and typed the downloader bit myself.

Exactly what I thought happened :)

Good. :) Thanks!
okay, so i installed the script, but i do not understand what i need to do to get the classic installers.
When i let the downloader links option on i see a version of a game without galaxy, BUT i can't download them.
I always get redirected to a blank page without content and no download starts.
When i uncheck this option, but leave the "default to classic download links without Galaxy included on game cards" option on
i still get the Galaxy Download Links when i open the game card.
also tried to uncheck this option with no effect.

Do i have to delete my cache?
Or is this an error which occurs because of something else?

The Downloader links require the old Gog Downloader (which is a separate program available here), so if you haven't got that I would leave that box off as it over rides the other setting.
To default to the classic installers you need the "default to classic download.." box checked.

You shouldn't need to do anything like that...
What browser do you use? And do you get any errors in the console (you can usually access this by pressing F12 in most browsers and clicking the tab called console)?

And do any of the other features work?
I use Firefox.
I will check the other features, but as i use barefoot i did not see anything else.
I'll post here when i found anything out of the order.
Also the box for classic downloader is checked in the Adalia Menu.

Edit:
Something new which i get is, that i have a box in every Game tab with "last updated: downloader links" which is unchecked as i do not have that program you mentioned.
So it seems to be working.
That box appeared after i installed Adalia Fundamentals.

The right classic installer download links otherwise don't appear on the newer games.
I looked through my game shelf and some games (for instance Vertical Drop Heroes HD or Starbound) are already on the classic download links by default.
Other, newer games (like Full Throttle Remastered or Cosmic Star Heroine) are always by default at the galaxy downloader links, althoug i switched it multiple times back to classic download links and dowmnloaded the classoc versions.
Its all a bit weird.

Yeah, it looks like the script is working at least then, and there shouldn't be any issues on Firefox that I know of.

What about errors? If you go to the console (press F12) you should get a message from Gog and some yellow (Unexpected value parsing y2 attribute.) errors but they're normal. If you get any other errors can you copy and paste it here?

I'll have a poke about in Firefox and see if there is something else that might be going wrong on your end.
