Hello people,

I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend because she had her account stolen.
I'm currently seeking some help/advice of how I sould handle this thing.

We did send a ticket for this issue on November 13th (so yes I do know that takes a while before you receive a reply, but it's been nearly a Month or so) explaining things to the support with her email, but we did not receive any kind of reply.

So I tried to search about this kind of problem on google and there were other cases like this a while ago.
In one thread (cannot post a link because it's the first time I post a message here, but I can provide it, or you just can google it) in this very forum a user did suggest to message to Firek and so I did aswell, but didin't receive any kind of reply either. Maybe he's busy or didin't notice my message,I can understand this so I cannot count on that alone.

I'm really worried about her account, we have a lot of undeniably information that can prove her account is really hers, but we don't have any kind of way to contact the gog staff to prove it.

Do you guys have any suggestion?

Contacting a blue (moderator) might speed up the things a bit. Judas it's always helpful in many cases, so you might want to PM him and explain the situation.

Not sure if Firek it's still around. Been a while since last i've seen him.
