Hello, first time posting. I have recently claimed a couple of free games. The last one was from Amazon and it seems to have installed on GOG to an account TEASTWOLD_6362. I don't have any recollection of creating this account. I have another GOG account which is EASTY92 that has many games installed. Problem is when I click to install the most recent game that has through the Amazon code redemption appeared in the TEASTWOLD_6362 account, the outer worlds, the installer brings up the EASTY92. This account appears in the GOG Galaxy 2.0.80 and says that I have to pay $29.99 to launch the game. Can you please help me?

The account profile for TEASTWOLD_6362 account has no way to log in or out or to even see an associated email address. I'm at a loss. I'm sure I hit a wrong button somewhere along the way. Hope you can help.

Hello, It's not possible to either merge accounts or transfer owned items between them: GOG Support Center. You can nonetheless open a support ticket and see if you get a helpful response. • To see what e-mail address is associated with your account in GOG Galaxy, click your avatar at the top, to the right of the cogwheel, then choose Account Management, then Login and Security on the right. You can also reset your password there if you've forgotten it, but you'll need access to the associated e-mail account for confirmation.
• To sign out of GOG Galaxy, click your avatar at the top, then choose Sign Out.
• If you don't have access to either the password or the e-mail associated with an account, you can open a support ticket to recover it. You'll have to provide some proof of ownership.
• If you don't want to switch back and forth between accounts to play your games, you can download the offline installers and play them without GOG Galaxy. You won't have access to achievements, cloud saves and playtime tracking this way. You can find offline installers on the Extras tab in GOG Galaxy (to the left of the Play/Install button).

The Way i unterstood it from your description in the GOG Galaxy Application you are loogged in with your account EASTY92.

While in the Browser with the teastworld6392 account? This is correct?
