It won't let me log in with facebook and they don't answer or help me, it tells me that the option to log in with facebook is not available and I can't access the account
(this is my secondary account)

How long ago did you open your support ticket? If it's been more than a week, post a polite reply to the support ticket.
Also see if the suggestion posted by D4M14IV works for you.
