Swedrami: Curiously enough, despite completion of the deal back in August the Thieves, Tomb Raiders, Deus Ex', Legacy of Kains and other as of yet still unknown properties (Dungeon Siege, Gex, Supreme Commander?) are still published by Square Enix.
Maybe just for the remainder of the current (fiscal) year and ownership will properly switch over to Embracer/THQ Nordic in 2023.
Even with sales in mind, the "Transferral of rights" is a tricky thing. Firstly there's contracts, and secondarily there's renegotiations.

RoboPond: Just need them to sell off Life Is Strange, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest & Mana Series now.
Anachronooooooxxxx!!
Publishing rights seem to have been finally transferred over to Embracer, likely for quite a while already.
Doesn't say "THQ Nordic" on neither of the affected titles' store pages though, but "Eidos Interactive" or "Crystal Dynamics" instead.

And ICYMI:
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver is listed again as "coming soon" (on the 8th of September, maybe?)
Crystal has been tweeting quite a bit about the Tomb Raider games being on sale over at Steam, so (and I know it's not generally good to do this as a habit ;) I keep replying with a request for Rise and Shadow to come to GOG.

Hopefully the "final transfer" of publishing rights to Embracer finally makes them show in the not too far future. We'll see.

Another game like Fallout 1 and 2 where GOG will keep telling me to buy it even though I already own it. Yay.
