*shrug* As far as I'm aware, the only difference is there will be a different number of pages for it to happen on (fewer pages if you go to 50 ppp). I still use 20 ppp and just keep in mind that if a page seems to be missing (or a post didn't go through) then the new page bug is probably at fault.

On most of them. 24hrs dial are less common, but were used for aviation or industrial purposes. They were also more common in the former USSR, where you had quite an extensive arctic territory. I assume ou would still find such clocks in Russia
Coming back the the thread, I would put the clock on 22:00 rather than close to midnight. Still translating the accumulated Good News (TM) over these years
