Just wondering about a day ago I asked for three refunds. I got an email asking whether I wanted a wallet refund or a different way and that to reply back to them. I asked them to give me a refund to my original payment method but haven't heard anything since. Does that mean I'm not getting a refund

No, they're just absurdly understaffed and swamped with refund requests. You'll probably get your refund, it could take a while though:-

It means you arent patient, and spent money you shouldnt have. That and they have back logs from other people if you were paying attention, because of cyberpunk.
