drealmer7: I put hot-pepper powder in practically everything I make. I have a few different blends, with varying qualities and intensities, and also a straight jalapeno powder for certain things. I love my food SPICY as FFFFF.

Hi sunshine, thanks for the link. I'm a long way from there, though, and our postal system is lousy, so it would be a waste of time trying to order from them. I mostly make my own sauces and rubs, it's easier that way. :-)
