It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am unable to download anything from my library. I have reset my computer, twice. I have logged in using Chrome and got 403 forbidden. I logged in using Microsoft Edge and got 403 forbidden (only at file download links, nowhere else, I am using HTTPS). I even went to the site using my chrome browser on my Galaxy S7 and clicked a download (the PDF Manual for Ultima 4) and got 403 forbidden. I am pretty confident that the problem is not on my end.
Unfortunately, there's very little us as a community can do to help you. Have you submitted a support request? Keep in mind it's still the weekend over in Poland for several more hours, so you may not receive a response immediately.

EDIT: Just looked at the time. Oops.

Most likely case for a 403 forbidden is when the IP GOG sees and the IP the adn sees are different. The download links contain a session id unique to your IP, and valid for a few minutes only (to start the download, not to complete it). If you are using a proxy server, try disabling it. If your ISP has you behind a proxy, then your best bet would be to not download through your browser. GOG Downloader, or any of the [url=https://www.gog.com/forum/general/lgogdownloader_gogdownloader_for_linux]community downloaders should all allow you to download without issues. Moment to edit in links.

I am not using a proxy. It does not work via my home computer connected to WiFi, not my phone connected to the cellular network (downloading a PDF manual to test), nor does it work with GOG Galaxy, it shows FAILED and says "server problem".

I have put in a ticket, but I was just sharing, to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I live on the East Coast US.

Quick test shows that I am able to download via the browser just fine. No idea if it's East Coast specific, though being unable to download through two different ISPs would make it a much bigger problem. It should hopefully be fixed soon, but the GOG downloader should most likely work.

No, I have GOG Galaxy downloader and it said FAILED problem with server when I try to DL anything. I have tried it on two different devices, two different web browsers and the GOG downloader. I have tested Steam, and have no issues downloading anything.

In fact, I actually downloaded the GOG Galaxy because of this problem and didn't have any issues downloading it from GOG. It just won't let me download anything from my library on any device. :( Giving up til Tuesday. I doubt they work on the 4th of July.

Lucky for me, I was just wanting to DL the spell reference card for Ultima 4. I downloaded the game yesterday (from this computer that I cannot get to DL today in fact), but forgot to get the spell reference. That information is readily available from other places so I'm good.

I just hope they figure out the issue.

Just to be clear, Galaxy and the GOG DLer are two different things. JMich referring to the latter when he references the DLer. (first link in his preious post).

They're in Europe, so July 4th is not a holiday for them.
